Rules & Regulation
- We hope and believe that all the teams and their respective players will play this game with the spirit to maintain the dignity of this game of Gentlemen.
- Teams are requested to reach the venue 1 Hour prior to their match timings.
- This tournament is only for muman (sunni jamat) community.
- As far as selection of player is concerned, teams must pick the player either from the Locality to which the form has been given or the player must be having an Aadhar card with address of the same given locality.
- a.) The player must have been residing in a particular Area/Village for the last 2 years.
- b.) If a player is currently not residing in the given Area/Village but is willing to play from that area/Village, then he must have an Aadhar card from the same area/Village where the form is allotted.
- c.) After submitting the form and Address proof of all the players, if organizers find any wrongdoings or fraud from any team then the same team will be disqualified from the Tournament and the Entry fee will not be returned.
- All players must be in proper Dress Code/Kits given by the organizers.
- Sport shoes are compulsory for all players.

- We request you to be kind with the umpires as all the umpires are neutral.
- Players indulging with any kind of argument or misbehavior with the umpires or other match officials will be banned for next season, as we have done this before in past seasons.
- Umpire decision will be considered as a final decision.
- Each match will be of 8 overs per innings. Organizers have full authority to increase or decrease the overs in the middle of the tournament if such kind of situation arises. Captains will be informed about this prior to the toss of the match.
- 4 groups of 4 teams each will be made at the time of draw.
- Format of the tournament will be informed during the draw.
- If any group stage match ends up in a 'TIE', Teams with less number of wickets fallen (at the time of their batting) will be considered as a winner of the match.
- If number of wickets fallen of both the teams are same, team which have won the toss of the same match will be declared as the winner.
- If Semi final(s) or final match is/are tied, Super over will be bowled.
- If any of the teams or their players found Disobeying the rules or Arguing with the Organizing Committee, particular team will not be allowed to participate in the Future Events.
- If any Team or Team Member tries to contact directly to our Sponsors for Entry forms or any other Purpose, will be banned permanently.
- All teams are supposed to submit their Entry forms on or before the given date along with the Entry fees and Aadhar Card Xerox Copy.
- Players on the field (Batsman or Fielding team) should take prior permission of Umpires before asking their 12th man for drinks or other reason to enter the field.
- 2 runs penalty will be given to the team if their 12th man enters the field without permission from on-field umpires.
- 35 minutes will be given to the fielding team to complete each inning. If the 1st ball of the last over of an inning is bowled after 'the 24th minute', only 3 fielders will be allowed to field outside the power-play circle till the last ball of the inning.
- No Changes in the Squad will be made once the form is submitted back to us.

- અમે આશા રાખીએ છીએ અને માનીએ છીએ કે જેન્ટલમેનની આ રમતની ગરિમા જાળવી રાખવા માટે તમામ ટીમો અને તેમના સંબંધિત ખેલાડીઓ આ રમત રમશે.
- ટીમોને તેમની મેચના સમયના 1 કલાક પહેલા સ્થળ પર પહોંચી જવા વિનંતી કરવામાં આવે છે.
- આ ટુર્નામેન્ટ માત્ર મુમન (સુન્ની જમાત) સમુદાય માટે છે
- જ્યાં સુધી ખેલાડીની પસંદગીનો સંબંધ છે, ટીમોએ ખેલાડીને ક્યાં તો તે વિસ્તારમાંથી પસંદ કરવો જોઈએ કે જેને ફોર્મ આપવામાં આવ્યું છે અથવા ખેલાડી પાસે તે જ વિસ્તારના સરનામા સાથેનું આધાર કાર્ડ હોવું જોઈએ.
- ખેલાડી છેલ્લા 2 વર્ષથી ચોક્કસ વિસ્તાર/ગામમાં રહેતો હોવો જોઈએ.
- જો કોઈ ખેલાડી હાલમાં આપેલા વિસ્તાર/ગામમાં રહેતો ન હોય પરંતુ તે વિસ્તાર/ગામમાંથી રમવા ઈચ્છતો હોય, તો તેની પાસે તે જ વિસ્તાર/ગામનું આધાર કાર્ડ હોવું આવશ્યક છે જ્યાં ફોર્મ ફાળવવામાં આવ્યું છે.
- તમામ ખેલાડીઓના ફોર્મ અને સરનામાના પુરાવા સબમિટ કર્યા પછી, જો આયોજકોને કોઈપણ ટીમમાંથી કોઈ ગેરરીતિ અથવા છેતરપિંડી જણાશે તો તે જ ટીમને ટુર્નામેન્ટમાંથી ગેરલાયક ઠેરવવામાં આવશે અને પ્રવેશ ફી પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
- બધા ખેલાડીઓ આયોજકો દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ યોગ્ય ડ્રેસ કોડ/કિટ્સમાં હોવા જોઈએ.
- તમામ ખેલાડીઓ માટે સ્પોર્ટ શૂઝ ફરજિયાત છે.
- જો કોઈપણ ખેલાડી ડ્રેસ કોડ વગર જોવા મળે તો ચોક્કસ ખેલાડીની ટીમને 2 રનનો દંડ કરવામાં આવશે.
- અમે તમને અમ્પાયરો સાથે માયાળુ વર્તન કરવાની વિનંતી કરીએ છીએ કારણ કે તમામ અમ્પાયરો તટસ્થ છે.
- અમ્પાયરો અથવા અન્ય મેચ અધિકારીઓ સાથે કોઈપણ પ્રકારની દલીલ અથવા ગેરવર્તણૂકમાં સામેલ ખેલાડીઓને આગામી સિઝન માટે પ્રતિબંધિત કરવામાં આવશે, જેમ કે અમે અગાઉની સીઝનમાં આવું કર્યું છે.
- અમ્પાયરના નિર્ણયને અંતિમ નિર્ણય ગણવામાં આવશે.
- દરેક મેચ 8 ઓવરની હશે. જો આવી સ્થિતિ સર્જાય તો આયોજકોને ટુર્નામેન્ટની મધ્યમાં ઓવર વધારવા કે ઘટાડવાની સંપૂર્ણ સત્તા છે. મેચના ટોસ પહેલા કેપ્ટનને આ અંગે જાણ કરવામાં આવશે.
- Draw સમયે 4 ટીમોના 4 ગ્રુપ બનાવવામાં આવશે.
- Draw દરમિયાન ટુર્નામેન્ટના ફોર્મેટની જાણ કરવામાં આવશે.
- જો ગ્રૂપ સ્ટેજની કોઈપણ મેચ 'TIE' માં સમાપ્ત થાય છે, તો ઓછી વિકેટો પડી હોય તેવી ટીમો (તેમની બેટિંગ સમયે) મેચની વિજેતા તરીકે ગણવામાં આવશે.
- જો બંને ટીમોની પડી ગયેલી વિકેટોની સંખ્યા સરખી હોય, તો એક જ મેચમાં ટોસ જીતનાર ટીમને વિજેતા જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે.
- જો સેમી ફાઈનલ અથવા ફાઈનલ મેચ ટાઈ થાય છે, તો સુપર ઓવર નાખવામાં આવશે.
- જો કોઈ ટીમ અથવા તેમના ખેલાડીઓ નિયમોનું ઉલ્લંઘન કરતા અથવા આયોજક સમિતિ સાથે દલીલ કરતા જોવા મળે, તો ચોક્કસ ટીમને ભાવિ ઇવેન્ટ્સમાં ભાગ લેવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
- જો કોઈપણ ટીમ અથવા ટીમ મેમ્બર એન્ટ્રી ફોર્મ અથવા અન્ય કોઈ હેતુ માટે અમારા પ્રાયોજકોનો સીધો સંપર્ક કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરશે, તો કાયમી ધોરણે પ્રતિબંધિત કરવામાં આવશે.
- તમામ ટીમોએ આપેલ તારીખે અથવા તે પહેલાં તેમના એન્ટ્રી ફોર્મ્સ એન્ટ્રી ફી અને આધાર કાર્ડની ઝેરોક્ષ નકલ સાથે સબમિટ કરવાના છે.
- મેદાન પરના ખેલાડીઓ (બેટ્સમેન અથવા ફિલ્ડિંગ ટીમ)એ તેમના 12મા માણસને ડ્રિંક્સ અથવા મેદાનમાં પ્રવેશવા માટે અન્ય કારણ પૂછતા પહેલા અમ્પાયરની પૂર્વ પરવાનગી લેવી જોઈએ.
- જો ટીમનો 12મો માણસ મેદાન પરના અમ્પાયરોની પરવાનગી વિના મેદાનમાં પ્રવેશ કરશે તો ટીમને 2 રનની પેનલ્ટી આપવામાં આવશે.
- ફિલ્ડિંગ ટીમને દરેક ઇનિંગ પૂરી કરવા માટે 35 મિનિટનો સમય આપવામાં આવશે. જો ઈનિંગની છેલ્લી ઓવરનો પહેલો બોલ '35મી મિનિટ' પછી ફેંકવામાં આવે છે, તો ઈનિંગના છેલ્લા બોલ સુધી પાવરપ્લે સર્કલની બહાર માત્ર 3 ફિલ્ડરોને જ ફિલ્ડિંગ કરવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવશે.
- એકવાર અમારા દ્વારા ફોર્મ પ્રાપ્ત થઈ જાય, પછી ટીમમાં કોઈ ફેરફાર કરી શકાશે નહીં.
Entry Frees for the Tournament will be Rs. 15000/- per Team.
The last date to submit the form and entry Fees along with the Aadhar card Xerox of each player and passport-size photos is 20/02/2025
The tournament will commence on 11th May 2025, 5.00 pm and the final day is scheduled for 16th May 2025.

ટૂર્નામેન્ટ 11મી મે 2025ના રોજ સાંજે 5.00 કલાકે શરૂ થશે અને અંતિમ દિવસ 16મી મે 2025ના રોજ નિર્ધારિત છે.
